The problem is that my girlfriend has never flown before and does not dare to fly to Turkey alone. The meeting should therefore take place in Russia. I have now found out that I can get a visa through the visa office in the Netherlands. And that the cost of a plane ticket from Istanbul to Moscow or Kazan is very high. I can buy rubles at Istanbul airport. A valid question is whether it's wise to travel to Russia in this situation. That's why I hope someone responds who has done this lately!
