Hi Matt , Well , there are learning curves , on some issues in life.Things that may look at a first glance - easy peasy . May turn out to be somewhat different. Many women here have responded to your post , so it is a sure sign , that they want to react to your observations / experiences. The first and probably most important question for you , is to ask yourself , why you want to have a Slavic woman as your wife. If you know why this is your dream , then you can go to the next question. What are you willing to sacrifice , to find that special Slavic woman !! It also makes a difference in what age range , you search for your partner. And then there is the culture difference.Do not assume , that you can use the same strategy , that you may /can use with Western women /girls in general. And then again , it makes a difference , if she is from a big city like Kyiv or when she is coming from the country side. Different backgrounds ask for different way to approach her. I can tell you from a personal ecperience , that it will take time and energy to find your special woman. How you behave and talk , do you have a positive and kind attitude. Can you write a nice and sometimes interesting letter.Mention some personal things about yourself , and at the same time , show some self-respect. Also always treat her with dignity and respect. A Slavic woman may not always write you every day. Hence even when you are married , she may not call you everyday.But there is no harm done , as long as you can trust each other. Right !!?! So , in short , seeking a Slavic bride , is something that probably will /may take some time. Again this question : what are you willing to sacrifice , to find your Slavic wife !!
