Well , I believe that blondes have been /or still are a symbol for mystery and sex. Let's look at some of the popular idols. What about Ursula Andress in the first James Bond movie ??And Marilyn Monroe is still a legend after all this time ! Debby Harry the lead singer of the pop group Blondie , well ,yes she was /is blond.And many men /young boys were a fan of her.Me included... What do you say .... Barbie ???? Oh , yes , she was/is blond also !!! But since some months ago , Barbie is no longer white and has no more blond hair.So , yes there is a shift in that cliche. I personally think that a blond Slavic woman is the combination of femininity and intriguing , beautiful appearance. That does not mean that a brown haired woman will not have these qualities.I think about Cher , Jennifer Lopez , Beyonce etc. Not sure though what you mean with North and East blondiness ...
