Thank you for your post. I work a lot in the fields of discovering scammer (owned and worked on the site scammerlist.com where I helped men to realize if they communicate with a scammer and had lists of scammers there so that men could check against that database if they are communicating with a scammer) . Because of different legislation problems I had to stop that website, but we still work a lot agains scammers on our net of sites. No, we cannot detect ALL of scammers, but: 1) We delete all detected ones. 2) We are doing our best to verify information. Yes, sometimes it fails, but put all our forces into it. 3) We have a lot of the algorithms to discover scammers on the site. Our APE (automatic police engine ) deals with it. 4) We answer and control all the complaints of the users asap. We do not guarantee that any complaint will lead to an immediate removing the user off the site, but we researching the complaints and act on our best. 5) Yes, no website can be 100% safe. But we are doing our best to keep our site among the most safe ones and we put a lot of forces to improve our service.
