By the way I look at it, you have three options: 1) you learn Russian (or Ukrainian) yourself. 2) you find a lady who accepts that you have 'the high ground' as you apparently are more advanced with your use and knowledge of the language. 3) you only eye for those who specialise in languages and quite possibly are interested in learning Spanish too. One thing I can advise you to refrain from is to be pushy. That way you will achieve the opposite of what you want and scare the ladies away. Good luck, pal!
