I did not mean arguing - these kinds of arguments are a dead duck in any country (and I personally do not care for politics). I rather meant stigmatization of people for their preferences which happened to be political in the reference post. Morover, not only such preferences, but geographical location was also stigmatized (being Californian is a shame). We do not have this in Russia. Generally we do not judge people by their political preferences - here it is a truly personal stuff. We do not despise any part of our country.
